Freshly made every day, our mochi donuts are best enjoyed on the day you get them. For later indulgence, they stay good for 1 day at room temperature or up to 5 days if refrigerated.

To enjoy your Mochi Donuts warm and chewy again, microwave them on high in 10-second intervals until soft. You may also use an oven, but be cautious — the glaze may melt during reheating.

Order Cut-Off and Pickup Details

Orders placed before 10:00 AM on the day of pickup can be collected in the afternoonAll orders will be available for pickup around 2:00 PM, at 122 Swallow Drive, Quezon City. Please wait for confirmation message from us before booking your rider .

For last-minute orders, we may still accommodate you during bazaar days. In such cases, the pickup location will be at the bazaar venue instead.

Upcoming Bazaar Dates and Locations:
• August 21-25 – Glorietta, Palm Drive Makati City
• September 5-7 – Glorietta, Palm Drive Makati City
• September 22-28 – GH Mall, East Wing

Customers will book their own courier of choice, so as long as your choice of courier can deliver to your desired location there won't be any issues for logistics. Delivery fee will also be based on how much your choice of courier will charge.

We do not have a cancellation policy, however orders can still be changed upto the day before the delivery date.

As of now we do not have a physical store, however we do have pop ups in different malls from time to time. Please proceed to our home page in upcoming events section you'll find our upcoming pop ups.
